Virginia Governor Ralph Northam, on Friday, signed a bill into law that would require taxpayers to fund abortions under any circumstance.

A Virginia school district recently announced that it will not be participating in Read Across America Day, arguing that Dr. Seuss books, which are often highlighted during the celebration, contain 'racial undertones'.

Virginia state legislators, this week, passed a bill outlawing the death penalty. The bill is now headed to the office of the governor to be signed.

The Act provides an exemption for religious schools “owned, supported, controlled, or managed” by denominations or churches, but the exemption is severely limited.
