Satanic Temple

A new Satanic holiday display inside the state capitol building of Illinois has sparked protests from a Catholic group, who argues that such installations should not be allowed in the capitol building or any public space.

The Satanic Temple is arguing that Texas' new heartbeat law infringes on the group’s religious freedom.

Members of the Satanic Temple have filed a suit against the state of Arkansas over a Ten Commandments monument that was erected on the state capital's property. The Satanic Temple is arguing that if the Ten Commandments monument is left to stand, then a statue of Baphomet should also be erected on the property.

The Satanic Temple has filed a lawsuit against an advertising company because they refused to display billboards claiming that abortion is a spiritual or religious "ritual."

In a recent op-ed in the Huffington Post, one woman asserted that after being overcome by fear following the death of the late Justice Ruther Bader Ginsburg, she decided to join the Satanic Temple.

The Satanic Temple is reportedly planning to raffle off vouchers for a free abortion as a sign of support for challenges against abortion laws. 

The Satanic Temple is now offering a scholarship, called "The Devil's Advocate," to 2020 High School graduates.

On Wednesday, Warner Bros. and Netflix settled a lawsuit brought against them by The Satanic Temple for using the temple’s statue of Baphomet in the spin-off of the 90s classic “Sabrina the Teenage Witch.”

The Satanic Temple responded swiftly to the installation of a new Ten Commandments monument on the Arkansas Capitol grounds in Little Rock.

The Satanic Temple is asking its supporters to find Christian bakers and demand that they make cakes “for Satan.”
