After a Christian couple visiting a young mother at her home in eastern Uganda decided to pray for her, the young monther's Muslim husband became outraged and lashed out with violence.

Mansitula Buliro, who was pregnant, was preparing for Muslim evening prayers with her husband in eastern Uganda last week when she reportedly had a vision of Christ. After having the vision she converted to Christianity which resulted in her being assaulted by her husband and loosing her baby.

After a Muslim imam converted to Christianity, mosque leaders in eastern Uganda reportedly incited a group of Muslims to beat a pastor and his wife and demolish parts of their church building.

In late December, Muslim extremists reportedly raped a church pastor.
