For many, life as we know it has been put on pause. Schools are closing and employees are being encouraged to work from home, if at all possible, until further notice. Social distancing has become the new norm. Amid all of the uncertainty, here are nine encouraging quotes about COVID-19 from Christian leaders:
1. Francis Collins
Francis Collins is the director of the National Institutes of Health. He grew up in rural Virginia and received a B.S. in Chemistry from the University of Virginia, a Ph.D in physical chemistry from Yale University, and an M.D. from the University of North Carolina. He taught medicine at the University of Michigan and was part of the team that discovered the major gene defect that causes Cystic Fibrosis.

2. Albert Mohler
Dr. R. Albert Mohler is the President of the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, where he has served since 1993. He also hosts The Briefing, a daily podcast that explores the day’s news from a Christian perspective.

3. David Platt
