A Ukrainian plane taking off in Tehran, Iran fell out of the sky leaving all 176 people aboard dead. The cause of the plane crash has yet to be officially determined, but U.S., Canadian and British officials are saying it is "highly likely" that an Iranian anti-aircraft missile downed the plane.
