What Jesus Did Not Do on 'Silent Wednesday'

Here is what our Savior did not do today: he did not flee the city and the horrors that awaited him there. If he left this morning, he could have walked eastward across the Jordan River into Perea and been out of the Jerusalem authorities’ jurisdiction by nightfall.

Getting God's Word into the Hands, Hearts, and Homes of Kids around the World

David C Cook’s president, Rick Rekedal, says a new focus on strengthening and expanding The Action Bible franchise is in the works.

The Action Bible is the best-selling comic book adaptation of the Bible because it does such a great job at bringing the stories of the Bible to life in a way that feels approachable and relatable. God’s Word is timeless and universal. We have an opportunity to help meet kids right where they are and invite them into a life-changing relationship with Him.”

Sex as Sacred: What a Twitter Maelstrom Reveals About Us

On Wednesday, the recently announced Keller Center for Cultural Apologetics at The Gospel Coalition published a book excerpt authored by Pastor Josh Butler. The article described a sacred vision of the physical union of a husband and wife, arguing that not only marriage but that physical intimacy within marriage is a type (or picture) of Christ and the Church. In the process, he used terms and imagery that, without additional context, seemed shockingly graphic. The article set off a Twitter maelstrom.
