Josh Duggar, the eldest of 19 Duggar siblings, resigned from his position on the Christian Family Research Council this week after molestation allegations from 12 years ago surfaced.
The Duggar family, stars of the TLC reality show “19 Kids and Counting” will remain on television despite a gay advocacy group’s push to cancel the show.
More than 90,000 people have signed an online petition calling on TLC to pull its popular 19 Kids and Counting series from the air, accusing the Duggar family of “fear mongering” for their beliefs about homosexuality.
In August a petition was launched demanding TLC take the Duggars off the air. Now, conservative leaders are urging Duggar fans to step forward and defend the family.
The Duggar Family recently wore shirts with a pro-life message in an episode of "19 Kids and Counting." The family wore the same shirts later and the pro-life message was blurred out by the TLC network.
Jessa Duggar recently posted a photo from the Holocaust Museum to her Instagram account. In the photo caption, Duggar related the horrors of the Holocaust to present-day abortion.
