Tonight in a downtown Washington, D.C. hotel, more than 100 people working in the mainstream media will gather to hear four people tell of how they came to faith in Jesus Christ.
This is our annual media dinner in association with the national prayer breakfast tomorrow morning. Please pray for these events.
Many who do not know Christ and some who think they do, but don’t, will hear some powerful messages from well-known and influential figures in the media. Our speakers are Kathie Lee Gifford, who was co-host for many years with Regis Philbin on their daytime TV show; Rick Dempsey, vice president of Walt Disney company; Dick Morris, the former Clinton adviser who will be sharing his conversion story for the first time, and former Washington redskins football player Charles Mann, who played on three Super Bowl championship teams.
