Why Do We Tolerate Break-Ins?

April 12, 2006

I think I’ve figured out the political angle to the wave of illegal immigrant demonstrators and their demand for “rights.” The official web page of this movement uses the word “progressive.” That’s code for liberal democrat. Having lost several recent elections and with the south not about to vote democratic anytime soon, democrats are importing votes.

Leftist columnists are telling whites to get used to being a minority which they already are in California and Texas. This isn’t about race or numbers. It’s about culture and it’s about who we are. One can be an American from any background, but one has to embrace America’s culture, language, history and principles to be truly American. Why do I think that is not on the agenda of the illegals and their leftwing supporters.

If you break into my house and decide you like what I own, you have no right to it. If you break into my country and demand the right to health care, welfare, a job, and all sorts of other benefits reserved and paid for by Americans, you have no right to that either. Will congress wise up and do something about this? Probably not.
