When our government officials say the war against terror isn't over and may never be they are so right. Last week a suspicious character was seen inside a nuclear power facility in Utah, but apparently escaped before he could be detained and questioned.
And German police Friday arrested a Turkish man and his American girlfriend for allegedly plotting to attack U.S. military bases in Heidleberg on the anniversary of 9/11. Authorities found 287 pounds of chemicals and five pipe bombs along with a picture of Osama bin Laden in the couple's apartment near Heidleberg, which is where the headquarters of the U.S. Army, Europe is located.
The 25-year-old Turkish man and the 23-year-old woman both indicated a hatred of Jews, according to authorities.
There is plenty more of this stuff coming and there are many more people who would like to kill Americans, including in our own country. We'd better pray the authorities find them before the kill any more of us. I'm Cal Thomas in Washington.
