Socialism on Steroids

Do you think government has too little of our money? I didn't think so. Former New Jersey Democrat Sen. Bill Bradley thinks you should pay more to government.

Bradley says he wants to raise taxes on everybody, not just the rich. In a recent CNN interview, Bradley also proposed that the federal government pay private industry to hire people so long as they promise not to lay them off. The government would pay 30 percent of their salaries.

He says the program would be capped at $50 million. We know how well caps work out, don't we?

And Bradley says the government should spend $1 trillion on infrastructure that would pay for 50 projects across the nation.

This is socialism on steroids and would ruin our already weak economy. But it's the liberal view that despite government's failure to live within its means, we should pay government more because in the secular-liberal mind, government is God. No thanks.
