Every time Al Gore opens his mouth it makes me even more grateful he didn’t win the 2000 election. Gore was in Saudi Arabia on Sunday denouncing what he called the “terrible abuses” of his own country following the September 11 terrorist attacks that left nearly three thousand of his countrymen dead. He claimed that Arabs had been “indiscriminately rounded up” and held in “unforgivable” conditions.
Never mind that the nearly all the hijackers were Saudi citizens and the Wahabbi sect funds anti-American hatred through schools it supports in this country. You know his remarks are being carried all over the Muslim world to sustain the hatred and war against America.
Gore’s remarks are worse than shocking and worse than outrageous. He most likely was paid a fee by the Jeddah forum which reportedly is run by members of Osama bin Laden’s family. Bill Clinton spoke there a couple of years ago and was paid $300,000. Former president bush and his son, Neil, have also spoken at the forum.
Democrats hatred for the current president bush is causing them to act not only as bitter losers, but in gore’s case, a traitor.
