Over the weekend – and yesterday in Washington – they came by the tens and hundreds of thousands. This was a carefully orchestrated series of demonstrations by Hispanic advocacy groups and Hispanic radio.

The mantra was that these people work hard and that qualifies them for citizenship. Sorry, but one’s work ethic is not in the constitution.

Twenty years ago we gave amnesty to nearly three million aliens, but there was no secure identifier so we could keep track of them and see who came after them and broke our laws. The secure identifier was never approved and twelve million more came.

A lot of people will be shocked to see how many are here. The demonstrations in 60 cities yesterday gave a real picture of what we face. We have been invaded, not only by illegal aliens, but probably by terrorists hiding among them. Congress is wimping out on this. They’ll be back in two weeks and they must act…not to make the illegals feel better, but to protect the united states and its legitimate citizens. Remember America? Let’s hope congress does.
