The Obama administration, in conjunction with other far-left politicians and groups, is about to launch the greatest threat to the Second Amendment we have ever faced. Under the false belief that more gun laws will mean less gun violence, there are suggestions from Vice President Biden the president may bypass Congress and enforce these new laws by executive order. This is what dictators do.
Gun sales are soaring.
Everyone has heard the arguments, but rational thought escapes the Left. This is politics, pure and simple. Mental health laws need to be strengthened so the mentally ill can be helped before they shoot up a theater or school.
This anti-gun campaign will focus on emotions, not facts. It's what the Left does best.
Life is valued less than it used to be. Look at the abortion numbers. More babies have been murdered by abortionists than shooting victims. No flags fly at half-staff for them. Divorce, violent games and TV, loose laws for the mentally ill -- all contribute to this culture of death that no law by itself can fix. But the Left will try. If we let them succeed we will be sorry.
