The 'Big Media' always deny they are liberal. Here is more evidence to the contrary.
ABC News’ Diane Sawyer praised the wife of co-host Charlie Gibson for having a sign posted in the private school she heads. The sign reads, "Won’t it be a great day when the Air Force has to hold bake sales to get a new bomber and the schools have all the money they need?"
Columnist and former UPI White House reporter Helen Thomas said to White House press secretary Ari Fleischer: "Why is a family grudge included in the official paper that states our position on war and peace? Does that justify killing thousands of people in Iraq? Are you going to kill these people to get democracy?"
Actress Jessica Lange, in Spain to receive a lifetime achievement award, volunteered, "I hate (President) Bush. I despise him and his entire administration." She is also "ashamed to come to the United States" and, since the "atmosphere in my country is poisonously intolerable for those of us who are not right-wing," she thanked the crowd for "allowing me to get out" of the United States "for a few days."
