A Battle for the Planet

January 26, 2007

I hate to say it because I have many friends in the democratic party, but with their no confidence vote and anti-war rhetoric, congressional democrats (and some republicans) are aiding and comforting our enemies.

We are in a war for the future of the planet. That is not an overstatement. That is what our enemies say. Not to believe them helps them achieve their objective. Not standing firm against them and plotting ways to defeat them and keep them from subjugating all of us to radical Islam, assists the fanatics in their pursuit of world domination.

Will it take a 9/11 times ten to finally convince us? Al Qaeda’s number two said recently on a video that is precisely what is coming. Should he not be taken seriously? Unity helped us win world war two. Division helped us lose Vietnam, though it wasn’t the only reason.

We simply cannot afford to lose this world war; not if we value our religious freedom and political liberty. Those are the stakes. Who is for victory and will prove it by doing what is necessary to attain victory? Surely the others are defeatists.
