Tullian Tchividjian 'Seeking God' after Affair

Tullian Tchividjian, the grandson of Billy Graham, is reportedly “seeking God” after having an extramarital affair. Christian Today reports Tchividjian, who admitted to the affair last week and promptly stepped down from his pastoral position at Coral Ridge Presbyterian Church, is will undergo at least one week of intense counseling with Christian counselor Dr. Paul Tripp.

Tripp said, "He is seeking God and looking to spend time getting work done on [himself]. He added that Tchividjian is “seeking wise biblical counsel.”

Following Tchividjian’s resignation from Coral Ridge, one of its ministries, called Liberate, announced it would temporarily close. Tchividjian founded the ministry to "connect God's inexhaustible grace to an exhausted world.”

The ministry did not announce plans for a reopening and cancelled its 2016 conference that had been scheduled for February.
