Ohio Couple Credits Prayer for ‘Miracle Healing’ of Baby Daughter

An Ohio couple is crediting their baby daughter’s inexplicable recovery to the power of prayer.

Carissa and Matt Hatfield of Cincinnati, Ohio, were told that their daughter, Paisley, had a brain tumor, according to The Christian Post.

The Hatfields had noticed a droop on the left side of Paisley’s face ever since she was born. When they brought Paisley to Cincinnati Children’s Hospital, doctors told them that she had a brain tumor which they suspected was malignant.

Paisley was scheduled to come back to the Hospital for a biopsy which would determine whether the tumor was malignant or not and what could be done about it.

During the period of waiting, the Hatfields contacted their friends and family and asked them to join the family in praying for Paisley.

When the Hatfields went back to the Hospital for Paisley’s biopsy, the doctor couldn’t believe what the scan had revealed.

“As soon as he came in, he sat down, he was just shaking his head,” said Carissa. “He said, ‘Your prayers must have worked, because when I went in to get that biopsy, nothing was there.’”

The Hatfield family is thanking God for what Matt called a “true miracle” and a “true healing” for their daughter.
