The wife of Muslim-turned-Christian apologist Nabeel Qureshi has said she is committed to continuing her late husband’s ministry.
Qureshi passed away on September 16, 2017, at the age of only 34. Qureshi had been battling stomach cancer.
Qureshi was a well-known advocate for Christianity. He had thousands of followers on social media through his online ministry. He was also the author of several books on Islam, Christianity, and the case for believing in Jesus.
In a recent video, Qureshi’s wife Michelle has vowed to continue the good work her husband began.
[One] thing that he doesn't have to strive for or work for [anymore] ... is sharing the Gospel because everyone in Heaven is seeing Jesus face-to-face. But then that leaves us here," said Michelle Qureshi in the video. "We are still here. People still need to hear the Gospel. Ministry still needs to continue."
She also said she was encouraged that her husband is now free from pain and the stresses of life, but she knows there is still work to be done here on earth.
"In this video, my main point to you is to let you know that I am committed to ensuring the continuation of Nabeel's ministry," she added. "I don't know exactly what that is going to look like but we are going to take his resources and put those online in video form and share them through the social media and the websites that he had opened previously — Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and Patreon."
