Mosul: ISIS Forcing Children and Elderly to Carry Out Brutal Executions

A new ISIS propaganda video shows children and the elderly being forced to carry out brutal executions as the battle for the Iraqi city of Mosul continues.

ISIS militants are reportedly losing ground and forces in Mosul--their last major stronghold--but this has only made them more intent on their brutal methods.

According to The Christian Post, the terrorist group’s latest propaganda video shows ISIS militants forcing civilians to carry out executions.

"In the sickening new footage, children and pensioners are shown being forced to carry out horrific executions," according to a report from The Mirror.

“Ruthless ISIS leaders are also shown crucifying alleged traitors in a bid to terrorize the remaining population under their control," it adds

Although ISIS forces are losing ground against the U.S.-backed Iraqi forces, the battle for Mosul could still take months as ISIS still has about 5,000 forces defending the city.

“The battle of Mosul will not be a picnic. We are prepared for the battle of Mosul even if it lasts for months," said Hadi al-Amiri, leader of the Badr Organisation, the largest Shia militia fighting with the Iraqi government.

The so-called “Sniper of Mosul” is aiding the liberation effort. He has taken down a number of the terrorists and saved civilians in the process.

“The emergence of the Sniper of Mosul, as the residents call him, increased the pace of the popular resistance against ISIS," according to Al Sumaria News.
