Israel Charges US Citizen with Planning to Bomb Muslim Holy Sites

An American citizen was arrested in Israel for allegedly planning to attack Muslim holy sites in Jerusalem.

The Blaze reports that Adam Everett Livvix, 30, posed as an ex-Navy SEAL and obtained 1.4 kilograms of explosives alongside his roommate, an Israeli soldier.

The American had moved from Texas last year when he was wanted for questioning regarding drug charges.

When police searched Livvix’s apartment, they discovered ammunition and gun parts belonging to the Israeli military. Livvix first made an escape attempt from police, then admitted to making plans of attacking holy sites.

Livvix was arrested Nov. 19 and charged with fraud and planning an attack on Monday (Dec. 8).
