ISIS Urges Muslims to Kill Civilians in Global Coalition Countries

Islamic State (ISIS) terrorists have once again threatened the United States and all other countries that are a part of the global coalition that has united against ISIS. In an audio recording, an ISIS spokesman urged Muslims in global coalition countries to kill civilians

"If you can kill a disbelieving American or European, especially the spiteful and filthy French, or an Australian, or a Canadian or any other disbeliever, then rely upon Allah, and kill him in any manner or way however it may be," the spokesman said.

The 42-minute audio recording was released to social media on Sunday.

At the same time, ISIS posted photos of new fighters that hail from England. President Obama is now working with the United Nations to stop ISIS terrorists from traveling across national borders in response.

Also over the weekend, U.S. Ambassador to the U.N. Samantha Powers a conveyed confidence with the military but a grim outlook on a timeframe to deal with the ISIS situation.

"We think again the strategy can succeed, and most importantly that we have the greatest military in the world, they believe that. I think the president has said it will be over several years,” Powers said.
