Franklin Graham Calls out Retail Chain Target for Gender Neutral Policy

Reverend Franklin Graham has condemned the retail chain Target for no longer using gender-specific signs in their stores in an effort to promote gender neutrality.

Graham asserted that target’s effort to not separate “things like toys and bedding into boys' and girls' sections," is an affront to the demographic who made the store strong to begin with, according to a Christian Today article.

Graham said it was hard-working American families with conservative views of gender that made it possible for Target’s 1,934 U.S. stores to thrive today.

"What's next? Are they going to try to make people believe that pink or blue baby showers are politically incorrect?” Graham asked. “I have news for them and for everyone else — God created two different genders."

Graham also quoted from Matthew 19:4 which states, in the words of Jesus, “Have you not read that He who created them from the beginning made them male and female?"

Graham urged Americans to make it clear to Target that they will stand for traditional views of gender.

"Let them know that you are perfectly willing to shop where the genders God created are appreciated. Target is way off-target on this one!"
