Christ for All Nations has announced that it will reimburse its employees for adoption expenses up to $5,000.

CfaN is hoping the new initiative will help employees who want to grow their families, CBN News reports.

Reimbursement would cover adoption application fees, relevant home studies, agency and placement fees, legal and court costs, immigration, immunization, translation fees, transportation, meals, and lodging and adoption counseling.

“The move stands in stark contrast to organizations that, rather than choosing to help preserve life, are volunteering to pay the travel expenses of employees who will now have to leave their home states to abort a baby,” a statement from CfaN said.

“The robust program is a clear endorsement of every human’s right to life and is in keeping with the Biblical teaching that every human is created in the image of God.”

CfaN is just one organization offering an incentive for families. According to CBN News, Buffer Insurance in Southlake, Texas, is also offering its employees support for adoption expenses and medical costs related to childbirth.

“We know that life happens at conception,” Buffer President Sean Turner told CBN News. “It’s more than a baby … It’s a purpose.

“If employees are having difficulty or having problems expanding their family, we are providing resources for that,” he said.

Many in the adoption industry believe that with the overturning of Roe v. Wade, more children will be available for adoption.

With the overturning of the milestone court ruling, President Joe Biden has said he is working to create a new nationwide abortion law and provide easier access to abortion.

Last week, Biden signed an executive order called “Protecting Access to Reproductive Health Care Services,” which limits restrictions when women want to travel across state lines to access abortion services.

“President Biden has made clear that the only way to secure a woman’s right to choose is for Congress to restore the protections of Roe as a federal law,” a statement from the White House said.
