Tomorrow Is the Day

November 3, 2008

Here we are, however many months and years this campaign has lasted and tomorrow is the day. We will elect one of two men who have completely different worldviews and visions for the country.

Think and pray before you vote. Try to ignore the commercials and the noise. If you are a Christian, which candidate best represents your beliefs when it comes to abortion, marriage, taxes and spending?

No candidate is perfect and none can meet our greatest need which only Jesus meets, but this election will determine how we order ourselves through our Congress and courts for many years – perhaps decades – to come.

Make sure your friends and neighbors who believe as you do vote. While it’s about the kingdom of this world which is passing away, we still get to decide the kind of country we want to live in for the time we have left.

How many more dead babies will there be? How many more affronts to marriage? How much more taxes do we have to pay for dysfunctional government? These and other questions will be answered tomorrow. Will you be part of that answer, or part of the problem?
