The North Korea 'Axis' -- Feb. 21, 2002

Much of the major media has made a big deal out of President Bush's “Axis of Evil” remark. On his Asian trip, the President visited South Korea and talked about the North.

Let's examine just a little of North Korea’s record of evil: Many of its citizens are starving while the government dictators spend its resources on military arms; the government is also conducting research on nuclear and chemical weapons. North Koreans are not permitted to travel around their own country without permission; they are supporting terrorism around the world.

The so-called “Dear Leader" Kim Jung-Il, was named president after his dictator father died. He is, shall we say, mentally challenged at best. This is the regime that European leaders say President Bush slandered? But, hey, why listen to the Europeans? They gave up their backbones during World War Two and haven't retreived them since.
