The Epitome of Radical

March 5, 2010

Here are two definitions of "radical." As an adjective it means, "extreme, especially as regards change from accepted traditional forms." As a noun it means, "a person who advocates fundamental political, economic and social reforms by direct and often uncompromising methods."

Who among our political class best fits those definitions? Whether the issue is health insurance "reform," gays in the military, same-sex marriage, abortion, higher taxes, more spending and an inability to tell the truth, the one person who stands out head and shoulders above and beyond all other politicians - which is saying a lot in the swamp that is Washington - is none other than our president, Barack Hussein Obama.

I hope you read the Wall Street Journal editorial page. Yesterday's lead editorial, accompanied by a transcript of what Wisconsin Republican Paul Ryan said to the president at last week's so-called health care summit is worth reading. The facts revealed are irrefutable, but radical politicians don't care about facts; they care only about imposing socialism on this nation. They must be stopped. This isn't America.
