Hillary For President In 2008

March 16, 2005

Do you think Hillary Clinton wants to be president? Of course.

What else is one to make of her joint news conference a few days ago with Senators Rick Santorum of Pennsylvania and Sam Brownback of Kansas.

All are supporting tougher restrictions on violent video games, including those that show police officers being shot.

This sort of labeling of cultural toxins has been tried before.

Tipper Gore used it to her benefit twenty years ago before her husband ran for president.

Then, it was about labeling violent and sexually explicit records.

Now it's video games.

Bill Clinton is trying to do what he can to soften up his own image.

It was recently disclosed (gee I wonder by whom?) that on their trip to Southeast Asia to help raise funds for tsunami victims, Bill allowed the first president Bush to sleep in the plane's only bed while Bill slept on the floor.

It was said that Clinton respected the elder Bush's age.

Do you see what's going on?

Hillary for president in 2008 and watch the media continue to sing her praises.

In Los Angeles, I'm Cal Thomas.
