Gay Rights at the Elementary School

The gay rights movement, with help from the ACLU and other groups, continues to make inroads in all sectors of our society, from marriage to the military.

They are especially intent on influencing the next generation of children who they believe will be easier to persuade than those who remember a different America.

Gay rights groups and the ACLU are now trying to pressure public schools to remove internet filters that prevent children from accessing homosexual web pages. This supposedly is to make kids who think they are gay feel better about themselves, but it is really about indoctrination. Would these groups have the same attitude toward ex-gay websites where people have told of their conversion to Christ and the change in the way they live? I sincerely doubt it.

The best response to this and so much more is to make sure your children and grandchildren are not in public schools, but Christian or home schools. You’ll never regret that decision.

I’m Cal Thomas in Washington.
