New ISIS Video Shows Slaughter of 30 Ethiopian Christians

Thirty Ethiopian Christians have been killed for their faith by ISIS terrorists in Libya.

ISIS members released a 29-minute video online showing the slaughter of the Christians on a beach. The Christians were broken into groups, one in Barka Province and another in Fazzan Province.

USA Today reports the group in Barka Province were beheaded and the group in Fazzan Province was shot execution style. ISIS militants are shown in the video killing the Christians with their faces obstructed from view.

So-called Jihadi John, who was recently identified as Kuwaiti-born Mohammed Emwazi also appears in the video, Christian News Network reports.

Before the Christians were executed, he said, “Muslim blood shed under the hands of your religions is not cheap. To the nation of the cross, we are now back again.”

“You will not have safety even in your dreams, until you accept Islam. Our battle is a battle between faith and blasphemy, between truth and falsehood.”

Authorities believe the Ethiopian Christians were in Libya to make the dangerous journey to Italy to escape Islamic extremism in the region.

The massacre was similar to another ISIS attack which resulted in the death of 21 Coptic Christians in February.
