Jessa Duggar Withdraws Support from Josh Duggar

As the Ashley Madison scandal continues, Josh Duggar continues to lose support, even from his own family members.

Josh’s younger sister, Jessa Duggar Seewald had voiced her support of her brother earlier this year after it was revealed that Josh had molested five young girls when he was a teenager, but now after a massive hack to adultery website Ashley Madison revealed that Josh Duggar was one of the website’s many clients, Jessa, along with her father-in-law, have withdrawn their support.

According to Hollywoodlife.com, Jessa posted an article that condemns Josh for being a “hypocritical Christian” due to his joining Ashley Madison.

Jessa was reportedly one of the young girls whom Josh molested as a teenager. Jessa forgave her brother for his inappropriate actions and said in a statement, “I do want to speak up in his defense against people who are calling him a child molester or a pedophile or a rapist . . . Josh was a boy, a young boy in puberty, and a little too curious about girls . . .he made some bad choices, but, really, the extent of it was mild — inappropriate touching on fully-clothed victims, most of it will [sic] the girls were sleeping.”

Jessa has completely changed her views in light of recent events, however. She even posted a message of her pastor preaching a message against adultery to Instagram.

Josh has issued a statement apologizing for his behavior and has checked himself into a rehab center in Illinois. There is speculation that he has not been attending mandatory meetings at the rehab center, however, and that he has gone missing.
